1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AntiProxies services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

AntiProxies provides threat intelligence databases for user verification and bot protection. Our Services include:

  • IP address databases (proxy, VPN, and Tor node detection)
  • Email address databases (disposable email domain detection)
  • ISP and datacenter identification data
  • Monthly database updates delivered to your server

3. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any changes to your information
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Database License and Usage

4.1 License Credentials

Your license key is confidential. You are responsible for keeping it secure and not sharing it with unauthorized parties. If you believe your license key has been compromised, notify us immediately so we can issue a replacement.

4.2 Database Usage

Your license grants you the right to use AntiProxies databases on your own servers for the purposes described in Section 2. Databases may not be redistributed, sublicensed, or made publicly available.

4.3 Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Discriminate against individuals or groups
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Services
  • Attempt to reverse engineer our algorithms or databases
  • Resell or redistribute our Services without authorization

5. Payment and Licensing

5.1 Payment Terms

AntiProxies licenses are billed annually, in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method once per year at renewal. You will receive an email reminder before each charge so you have time to update your payment details or cancel if needed.

Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card (charged automatically at renewal) and bank transfer (SEPA or international wire). If you need an alternative arrangement, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

5.2 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the databases do not meet your needs within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund - no questions asked. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

5.3 Price Changes

We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' written notice before your next renewal date. If a price increase does not work for you, you are free to cancel before renewal - we will never charge you more than what you agreed to at purchase.

6. Fair Usage Policy

We built AntiProxies as a fair, founder-friendly product. In that spirit, we apply a simple fair usage rule instead of rigid per-project licensing:

  • Companies with annual revenue below €100,000 may use a single license across multiple internal projects and products operated by the same legal entity. This covers startups, indie developers, and small agencies running several services under one company umbrella.
  • Companies above €100,000 in annual revenue are asked to purchase one license per distinct commercial product or service that directly relies on AntiProxies data.
  • In all cases, the databases may not be redistributed, resold, or shared with third parties outside your organization.

We trust you to use this fairly. If you are unsure whether your situation is covered, just ask - we would rather find a workable arrangement than have you worry about it. The intent is mutual respect: we keep the price accessible, and you help sustain the work that goes into maintaining these databases.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by AntiProxies and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Data Processing

Our databases are hosted on your servers. When you use AntiProxies databases to verify users, all lookups happen locally on your infrastructure. We do not receive, process, or have access to the data you query against our databases.

You are the data controller for any user data you process using our databases. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal basis to process user data and for informing your users about such processing.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • All threats will be detected with 100% accuracy
  • The Services will meet your specific requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AntiProxies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AntiProxies harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
